Dr. Polesky served over 40 years with Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, Honeywell, and IBM. Possessing an insatiable hunger for knowledge, he has earned a Doctorate in Organizational Development from the Union University and Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a Masters degree in Business/quality from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He completed his undergraduate degree at Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona.

His extensive education and work experience have inspired his capturing the imagination of academic, government and industrial leaders around the globe. He is recognized as a management and leadership innovator and has taught Leadership and Management courses in universities throughout North and South America, as well as Europe. He also developed an undergraduate curriculum for the Twenty-First Century workplace which has been incorporated into several American college and university offerings.

During his tenure with General Electric he was involved with designing and developing several management training courses for the company’s Corporate University at Crotonville, NY, and was deeply involved with the company’s implementation of Lean Six Sigma where was certified as a Master Black Belt. An author of several seminal publications, he contributed to the Collaborative Innovation and the Knowledge Economy practices handbooks for The Society of Management Accountants of Canada.
